"Luminesce personnel have a very approachable style that made it easy to collaborate, trouble-shoot, and obtain the information that we needed from the evaluation. In designing the evaluation and communicating the results, they had to satisfy a range of diverse interests and they were able to negotiate this with grace and ease."

—Dushka Crane-Ross, Ph.D., Director of Quality Improvement, Ohio Department of Mental Health
